1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RAKSHAK HealthTech's platform, mobile applications, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

RAKSHAK provides a technology platform that connects blood donors, blood banks, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to improve blood supply chain management across India. Our Services include:

• Donor registration, eligibility tracking, and appointment scheduling
• Real-time blood inventory management and demand forecasting
• Emergency blood request matching and geospatial donor discovery
• Blood donation camp organization and management
• Gamification, rewards, and donor engagement tools
• Blockchain-based chain-of-custody tracking
• IoT-based cold-chain monitoring for blood storage

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Donor Obligations

As a blood donor using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful health information and medical history
• Not misrepresent your eligibility to donate blood
• Follow all pre-donation and post-donation guidelines
• Attend scheduled donation appointments or cancel with reasonable notice

5. Blood Bank & Hospital Obligations

Institutional users agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and comply with CDSCO, NABH, and SBTC regulations
• Ensure accuracy of inventory data submitted through the platform
• Handle donor data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws
• Maintain proper cold-chain storage as monitored by IoT devices

6. Prohibited Activities

• Commercial sale or trading of blood or blood products through the platform
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or associated infrastructure
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

RAKSHAK is a technology platform and does not provide medical services. We are not liable for:

• Medical decisions made by healthcare providers using our platform
• The quality or safety of blood products handled by registered blood banks
• Delays in emergency response beyond our platform's control
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAKSHAK's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and trade secrets associated with the Services are the exclusive property of RAKSHAK HealthTech Pvt. Ltd. Our AI prediction models, blockchain smart contracts, and IoT monitoring systems are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data retention post-termination is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
